Their 'waiting list' system is failing for some reason, their waiting area is severely inadequate for a busy restaurant, and it appears their staff is under-trained. I'd still recommend Snooze as a brand, but not this location. We 'voted with our dollars' and left, even though she offered to seat us outside at that point. She looked confused when I reminded her I'd told her we'd take anything, first available. When I asked about the (still) empty outdoor seating, she said, 'everyone wants to sit inside'.

We arrived about 7 minutes later and added ourselves to the list at the Hosts desk. It wouldn't allow me to add us to the list. The site said no-one was on the list, so just come on in. We followed all the rules, Since they don't take reservations, I went online about 5 minutes before leaving to put us on the waiting list. My latest experience on July 4th at this Snooze reinforced the fact that, no matter how good a brand is, the local management and staff can ruin an experience anyway. Normally, all is great and I'd highly recommend them. I normally don't write bad reviews, I vote with my dollars instead.
